Orders
We will normally dispatch your order within 4 working days; however if goods are out of stock we will make them to order and this will add a few extra days. If you have not received your order in 14 days please contact us. All goods are sent using the Royal Mail.
Returns
Policy
We
will happily exchange or refund your purchase if you are not
completely satisfied. To apply for a refund or exchange contact
us within 14 days. The
goods must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. (By
this we do not mean the outer packaging but if the item comes in a
gift box then it has to be returned in the gift box. Common sense
really)
Whilst we would love to, we cannot afford to refund return postage or
be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post.
This
guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
